are protected intellectual property of the National High School BBQ Association® (NHSBBQA®).

All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, event names, and associated brand elements used by the [STATE]HSBBQ®—including any reference to High School BBQ, HSBBQ, or related branding relevant to High School BBQ Association(s)—are protected intellectual property and are used under license from the National High School BBQ Association® (NHSBBQA®).

Modification, distortion, or unauthorized use of any State HSBBQ™ or NHSBBQA® brand mark is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of State HSBBQ™ or NHSBBQA® brand marks—whether intentional or accidental—may result in enforcement action under applicable federal and state trademark and unfair competition laws, including the Lanham Act.

The National High School BBQ Association® (NHSBBQA®) serves as the sole national brand authority for all affiliated State High School BBQ Associations®. Use of NHSBBQA® and State HSBBQ™ brand marks signifies participation in and alignment with the official NHSBBQA® ecosystem.
