MYSTERY CHALLENGE OPTIONS - TRI-TIP, BURGERS, HALF CHICKEN (IBCA), TURKEY BREAST, BABY BACK RIBS, BUFFALO WINGS, BEEF RIBS, PORK TENDERLOIN, SODA CAN CHICKEN, DUTCH OVEN COBBLER, BURNT ENDS, FAJITAS, TACOS, BRATS, HOT DOGS, DUTCH OVEN CHILI, DUTCH OVEN CHUCK WAGON BISCUITS, BEEF SLIDERS, POTATO SALAD, BAKED BEANS, SMOKED MACARONI AND CHEESE, TOFU (Just kidding!) NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MEATS ONLY BEEF BRISKET or PORK BUTT/ SHOULDER or Tri-Tip Beef ( The Championship meat for the 2022-2023 School year is Pork Butt and will be the 6th category at Nationals.
