2021-2022 VIRTUAL CONTEST RULES AND FORMS

CHARTER REGISTRATION OPENS - AUGUST 15TH.


           2021-2022 FIVE CONTEST CATEGORIES

Pork Spare Ribs -

2 racks per team

( NOT BABY BACK RIBS)

Chicken Thighs (KCSB style)

12 thighs per team

New York Strip Steak (SCA style)

2 steaks per team

(Meat Grade will be Choice for all competitors)

Dessert (Chuck Wagon Dutch Oven)

(Open to cook whaterver you would like in  a Dutch Oven

2022 Mystery Challenge - Burgers

2 pounds per team


NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP ONLY

NATIONALS WILL COOK BRISKET AS THE 6TH CATEGORY

NOTE: All categories must be cooked and count equally in cumulative final score.


(This category will change annually and be drawn for our open category August 1st of each new school year)

MYSTERY CHALLENGE OPTIONS -

TRI-TIP, HALF CHICKEN (IBCA), TURKET BREAST, BABY BACK RIBS, BUFFALO WINGS, BEEF RIBS, PORK TENDERLOIN, SODA CAN CHICKEN, DUTCH OVEN COBBLER, BURNT ENDS, BURGERS, FAJITAS, TACOS,  BRATS, HOT DOGS, DUTCH OVEN CHILI, DUTCH OVEN CHUCK WAGON BISCUITS, BEEF SLIDERS, POTATO SALAD, BAKED BEANS, SMOKED MACARONI AND CHEESE, TOFU (Just kidding!)
